Not sure about this yet
I'm on a keto diet and I am not sure about this. It has carbs and it has a weird flavor. I LOVE Indian food and it came recommended from Headbanger from Youtube. I added it to zero carb noodles and cabbage w/some beef tips. It got delivered at the end of my cooking that dish. I sprinkled some on as an afterthought. It could have been that it didn't mesh w/the other seasonings I had used already. I will try it again and see if it tastes better in a different dish.
