I did not buy it as a gift, however this would make a very good gift. I bought it for myself, so I burned it somewhat quickly to get to the ring. The scent itself was as good as a candle gets (pretty good for birthday cake (the best flavor)), making this a 5 star product. (My review is not 5 stars because I tried to burn it somewhat fast and cannot judge the longevity because of that)

I wish I took a picture but I did not. I made a gift basket and I added this candle to it. It smells so good I almost kept it for myself. I’ll definitely be buying more they not only smell good but it comes with a ring inside so it makes it an amazing gift

This candle had a really nice scent. Slow burning too. Was a little disappointed in the ring though.

I have purchased many of these candles as gifts for people over the years. They’re really fun and people are always excited to see what the ring looks like and what the value of the ring is. The candles are of average quality. The scent isn’t usually very strong but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The rings themselves aren’t really worth much but they’re well made for the price. The big selling point is really just the mystery of what is hidden in the wax. It’s kind of like buying someone a lottery scratch card. But even if the ring isn’t worth much (and it never has been for anyone I’ve gifted them too) you still have a nice candle. So it’s win/win.

Smelled good. Lasted awhile. Had a ring. Didn't break the bank.

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love this candle.. the scent is amazing . It burn evenly and even after I fetched out the ring. My ring was worth $30 per their appraisal site. The ring beautiful and I am very happy with both candle and ring .
