Allen & Roth, Single Duplex Wall Plate

Walls in the laundry room were painted a light shade of gray with the trim a dark shade of gray. These wall plates were the perfect match.

These are beautiful, I have redone our past three homes with these and the switchplates too. I have ordered from Amazon in the past when Lowes has run out, but now they're over twice the price of Lowes and they're not worth $16pp. Jeez, they're not made of gold ya'll!

Would give this no stars, but that is not possible. What is described is not at all what I received. I needed a few more decorative plates to finish up a remodel job, and Lowes ran out. Ordered 5, four went on back order (thankfully) even though they were shown as available.The one I got was a cheap builder's white plastic plate, which would cost from 10-25 cents at any hardware store. It was packaged in an expensive looking allen + roth package. I complained to Amazon, and they said the seller would not take it back, but they refunded my money completely.The other allen + roth plates I bought locally I would give 5 stars--they are very well made, good fit and worth the $6. My 10 cent plate, not so much.

The paint on the screws falls off if the wind blows. Don't spend your hard earned money on this cheap crap.
