Taste good
I bought this for everyone to snack on during game day. No one likes it except me. It tastes like Taiwanese pork snack but spicy. As suggested, I heated it first. I don’t know why they don’t like it but I think it tastes good. I would buy it again but it’s expensive. Maybe once in a while as a splurge purchase.

Unique and delicious tender jerky
I loved this jerky, the bag didn’t last 2 days. It’s got a great flavor, sweet, spicy and salty, and is super tender. In regards to the few who commented on the smell, one of the few ingredients used is fish sauce. Fish sauce is a tasty condiment used in eastern/southeast Asian Cuisine that is salty and spicy. If you’ve ever had Thai food you most likely have had fish sauce and didn’t know it. This jerky does have a unique scent, but the flavor is excellent. And is definitely a moist jerky, you’ll need a napkin when eating it. The bag suggests warming the meat, and when I tried it warmed up it was great. This isn’t a traditional American jerky, but it is a fantastic alternative with high quality meat and unique tasty flavor. Highly recommended!

Acquired texture, taste, &smell.
I contacted the seller and got no response, but this jerky smelt funny (not like the appealing store purchased jerky), it was quite moist in the bag and didn't taste like normal jerky. Maybe it just me but I got sick immediately after and that's never happened.

Think of it as meat candy
I have tried over a dozen other beef jerkys. Fragrant Jerky (FJ), all flavors that I tried, is notable for having thicker and bigger slices that seem as if they were done by hand (many jerkys are made at a huge processing plant that makes product for independent seemingly artisanal jerkys). FJ meat is moist and flexible. FJ Spicy Beef is only mildly spicy, pretty gentle flavor. This is my new favorite jerky. Maybe someday, I will be able to restrain myself from eating it directly long enough to cut it and add to rice.My cat starts dancing when I open a package, then he looks at me with his wide-eyed "do you love me enough to share" look, and of course he gets a little bit. He has declined other jerky. His nose is far more sensitive than mine, and I suspect that, to him, this sniffs as clean (low on chemical preservatives). As for the cost - I like to pretend that this is from a Singapore food stall as in Crazy Rich Asians. Much cheaper than airfare to Singapore!

My favorite Singaporean beef jerky
I am a repeat customer. I have been buying from this store countless time. My favorite is the original beef jerky, if you like something a bit chewy. Pork is softer texture. I like chewing things so I like the beef more. My husband and I always buy from this store. Just wish the price is a bit lower. Everytime we want to eat. I have to think twice. Since it cost quite a bit of money.

Too sweet
The package costed me $17 but shipping was already $10. Not worth it to order online. The meat is tasty but too sweet for my taste as jerky needs to have a bit more spice and saltier.
