Bucket test and review.
After reading the reviews I was very sceptical about buying this bucket and I must say, I'm 100% happy with it and for what it is its perfect. My review: The tap, I installed it with no vaseline as suggested by another review to test properly. It comes with one hard plastic washers that was atched to the tap so positioned on the outside when installed as is. As long as you don't over tighten there was no leaks from it. Iv had 10l in it for the last 4 nights and no issues at all, even shaking it around. The lid, The seal is good and is what you expect from a plastic lid, it does have a good locking catch and can be a bit hard to get off but it says what to do stapped on the lid and you get the nack of it. Its not air tight, the bucket is not air tight due to the holes in it anyway but the lid does have a very good seal, I had the bucket on its side for a good 30 odd seconds before it stated to drip out. Very impressed it took that long. The top drilled hole: It has a double sided washer and as I use it to store RO water, the hole size is perfect to put my outlet pipe straight into the bucket. The measurements gauge: If you want exact measurements then I would suggest doing you own as I found its not quite rite and the marks are to big to get an exact measurements.Price: I didn't want to pay that much for a bucket, and others similar out there, especially with bad reviews but I'm glad I did.Overall: I found this bucket very good and exceeded my expectations and I'm pleased I bought it even for over my budget and high price. Be good to have the option to remove the added liquid drip tube as I didn't want it anyway but obviously had to pay for it within the package deal. A+ though

First one the lid didn't seal well, second one the bung for the airlock didn't seal
For the price and given I'm only running turbos (I know, don't run turbos..) they're perfect for my needs. The bung seal just took a lot of PTFE tape to fix. I wouldn't recommend them for anything that needs to sit for more than a week before racking because of contamination risks. The seal on the tap is top notch however and I've had no problems at all.

Good quality product
Good quality heavy duty lasting product. Done 2 brews already. Well fitting lid, useful callibrations on side. Easy to sterilise and clean

Rubbish
Unfortunately I got the lid with too big whole in it so seal didn’t fit closely…. Waisted all fruits in bucket because the wine couldn’t start working. Very disappointing

Great product
A lot of similar products on the market. The young name was my main decision to purchase this product. I was not disappointed. Good quality. Sturdy and well made.

Good quality but doesn't seal.
I like the quality of material and it's easy to clean. I don't like that it doesn't seal properly when the lid is on, nothing came through my airlock. Wouldn't recommend

It's a bucket
Yeah, it's an OK bucket. Lid seal isn't great so the bubbler doesn't do anything. But it's fine and has a decent tap.
