Is this good on a Keto diet?

Yes it is good for a keto diet! It is low carb and sugar free. It’s perfect for a sweet treat. I order these and I do keto. They are a treat so eat as such. I only eat a couple of strips per day. It can cause gastric distress because of the erythritol if you eat to much.
