Good device
Overall a good device. The battery doesn’t seem to last over 3 hours though. Great screen quality and camera too. Certainly helpful for daily office tasks. It’s not a lightweight laptop so if you need something lighter this isn’t for you.

Too slow
As per some of the other reviews here this laptop is unacceptably slow. Especially when awaking or opening programs/apps. I bought it to replace my old computer which at 8 years old had become too slow. For a brand new laptop this is no better so I have requested a return refund. Disappointed as I expected better from Dell

Terrible ! - would give zero stars if I could
This laptop is virtually unusable. It repeatedly hangs for up to a minute when just loading a web page, or when starting an app, and and random times in between. Hard to believe from Dell !
