Disney Mix Clip - High School Musical Soundtrack

The mix stick that I purchased this for didn't work. I read the other reviews, and despite that mention...I took a gamble. My daughter LOVES high school musical...and she has been dying to have her own mp3. I thought the mix stick would be a great start for that. however it wouldn't turn on. it seemed to charge-light came on and everything, just like the tiny manual said. however i could not get it to turn on.Pretty sad...this type of thing would be perfect for any young music lover.Instead I had to give her one of my old mp3 players...it is just not as fun b/c it doesn't have her beloved characters on it.

Okay, the mix clip music is great, but the player is crap. (can I say crap on Amazon?)Save your money, get your kids an ipod shuffle, download the High School Musical music and you'll be way happier! You can get a shuffle pretty cheap these days and they are pretty durable. My 7 year old has one and it's been through a lot. You may think an ipod shuffle is too expensive (like I did) but trust me after you buy the player and then the music cards the money is the same, but the quality is not. Don't waste your money. Either buy the ipod or keep your money in your pocket. Really.

I got the Hannah Montana MP3 player and this clip. It works well. You have to be careful not to lose them, but my daughter who is 7 enjoys it.

Hit clips are great for kids. It is easy to buy them the music you want them to hear, but it looks like those fancy expensive ipods that might be to much for many kids. I think this is a great alternative for kids to be cool without the expense.
