Excellent Quality Durum Semolina Flour...BUT! Very very pricey!
High quality Durum Wheat Semolina Flour with a nice rich yellowy color; I use it in my pasta maker and blend in a proportion of organic all purpose flour; makes great tasting homemade pasta using this and mixing in other products to create unique flavors, such as adding in Spinach or Kale powder, etc! Just one thing...wish this was organic...then I would be very happy.

My wife is gluten intolerant and we thought it was the gluten in the wheat until we were in Europe this last summer and ate bread and found no ill effects. What I believe is the combination of ROUNDUP and GMO creates possibly an environment where the bodies natural processes are being disrupted by chemicals in the ROUNDUP. This wheat, any any ITALIAN wheat we have tried has produced no such issues. To be able to bake and eat a product with good nutrition is a total treat. Try it out and you may find the gluten sensitivity is to USA produced wheats and not due to the actual wheat at all.
