I am amazed with these gel sleeves. I bought them for rollerblading. I I have fibromyalgia and am disabled, I also have plantars fasciitis. So I'm trying to find something I enjoy and can still do. These are really helping keep my ankles and feet supported, not as swollen and not quite as overworked. My feet would have been barking from the start without. They really seem to keep the circulation going with compression and I don't know how they got the gels sewn in such a perfect spot to go around the ball on each side of your ankle. It's right on on my foot I'm a size 9 women's shoe and am 5'5" and weigh around 145-150. The Med fits me perfect. I think my ankle could even swell a little and I would be okay. It doesn't cut off at either my ankle or at my foot where it stops. It feels good and feels like it is holding my foot more sturdily. Sort of how a hand wrap does for kickboxing. I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy again when these stretch out or wear out whatever happens first.

Sprained my ankle and pulled a ligament that goes over the ankle bone. The little puff in the band put a little pressure behind the ankle that helped it feel better; however, You have to make sure the pad is in the right spot, because if not, it will hurt. This ankle brace helped feel better and walk better all day. I would actually forget I had the on. It does take up space on tour shoes so you will need to wear stretchy shoes. I wore tennis shoes.

I bought this for my boyfriend. He had an ankle injury many years ago and limps every morning with severe pain and swelling. After wearing this brace, he is waking up with much less pain and swelling. It helps quite a bit while standing all day at work. He likes the way it fits and the way it feels.

Good foot support, but too tight at the ankle. I got edema from the elastic digging in.

Purchased these for ankle pain. Seems to work nicely, they support the ankle properly and reduce pain during and after running. They are tight to start with but after few times they become looser and more comfortable.

I’ve tried for two years to find the right ankle braces to support my ankles and feet that are frequently sprained due to Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Some braces are too stiff, some are too sweaty, and some are like tight socks with the toes cut off. These are the BEST that I’ve found and I highly recommend them. The gel inserts on each side help support me and aid in healing and pain relief, and help me from filling ankles. They also help with my strained arches and tendinitis. I have had these for about 2 months now and they are my daily go to! I love love them! I wear a size 10 shoe and have the medium. My ankles tend to hurt when I stand or walk for too long. I simply put these on afterwards and they apply pressure in all of the right spots. They are comfortable and easy to put on and take off. If I wear them before my ankle starts to hurt I notice that it takes longer for my ankles to start hurting. They are easy to clean. It says not to machine wash but I put them on hand wash in the washer and it cleans them with no problem. I then let them air dry. I will be purchasing from them so that I can have a backup pair when my other pair is in the laundry. Worth the money,
