Super Awesome!
These are super. Bought 3 (we have 3 cats) and have used them for a while now. The cats enjoy eating from them AND us humans love the convenience and ease of them.1. They are made of a plastic that is easy to clean (and does not shatter when dropped.)2. They have a little curve in one side of the base which makes it easy to pick them up off the floor.3. We bought the cream color and they look great.4. We have confidence that our cats are having no whisker stress from a poorly planned cat bowl.5. Have used these for months (feeding wet food) and they still look brand new.Honestly I did not think these would make enough of a difference to matter, but they really do. I would definitely buy them again. So happy we chose these.

Worked well for disabled kitty
I don't have any cons, just pros. Worked well for a disabled kitty. We have a cat who had neurologic brain damage after surgery. He's slowly improving and we still hope for full recovery, but one big problem was feeding him. Initially I had to feed him canned food with a syringe, then by hand using a spoon. He wasn't eating independently from a bowl, or at least for only a few seconds. The bowls had non-skid bottoms, but were smooth inside and he didn't have the coordination to eat food that moved around. The design of the CaGuru bowls worked great. It concentrates the food in the bottom center. I suspect the Concentric rings also helped him visually and tactilely... he was initially blind but now has most of his vision back. The kibble was our first experiment. I didn't expect much, so gave him a small amount. He gobbled it and wanted more, which of course we were delighted to provide. The canned food, surprisingly, took a bit more time. When the kitty gets tired, his brain and body don't work very well. When he is rested, he eats the canned food quite nicely. One bowl is used for canned food, and one is for kibble. The bowls are very easy to clean and have survived drops from a 4 ft high kitty litter tree (the kitty can once again climb to a nice box cave on it and likes eating there - see the image). I also like the small cut out on the bottom edge. It makes the bowl easy to pick up and move around. Great simple design which has helped our kitty's recovery... he can eat independently with kibble available 24/7. Good nutrition, rest and time are helping him get better.

sturdy, easy to clean, no whisker fatique
These are great. They are sturdy but light weight. The rings in the metal make them great as slow-feeders (slows your pet down while eating so they don't make themselves sick and also keeps food from being pushed out of the bowl by food aggressive pets). I recommend for dry food but not for soft food or broths because of the rings- they make it difficult to get soft food out of the grooves. The rubber mats for underneath keep the bowls from slipping around on the floor. The only drawback is that there is a small cut-away area on the side - it allows air to get under the bowl and keeps it dry but kibble can also get knocked in there. This can be really entertaining if you like watching your cat attempt to get the kibble out of there but not if you don't want to see your cat going insane until they get the kibble. This is a set that comes with two bowls. Because the bowls are low and side, cats don't get "whisker fatigue" from their whiskers rubbing against the side of a deeper dish. Not recommended for water. Easy to clean - just be sure to dry completely.

Quality plate for whisker fatigue
I have a timed dry food dispenser for my cat. He will come running to it when he hears it going. I bought this plate cuz my cat sometimes meows when his bowl is empty when there is clearly food in it, or maybe he’s meowing for wet food, rather than dry, idk. Anyways ...This thing is wonderfully designed. The raised ridges on the top of the plate let my cat pick up every morsel of wet food he wants to eat. He’ll actually finish his ration on this plate rather than meowing that his bowl is empty when there is clearly food in it. The finger holes make picking up and setting down this plate easy, too.My cat likes to bury or hide food and toys for later use. Should I accidentally give my cat too much food (his meowing is so pathetic!) and he tries to bury his plate by swiping at the ground near it, he doesn’t knock this thing over. The plate is low enough to the ground not to be top heavy, and the feet help prevent skidding around on his plastic placemats. It gives me enough time to pick up the plate and put the leftovers in a food storage containers. The plate looks good, too. It’s easy to wash either by hand or in the washing machine, and it seems well made.I can’t give it five starts just cuz I find the plate too small. While the size is good for helping portion control, I think it is too small for messy eaters, which I think most cats are. I might put a thin black ring on the top of the plate to indicate a portion size and then make the plate a wider diameter if I were to add another plate size option.I ended up giving the plate to my sister to use with her small dog (who also seemed to like the bowl when I baby sat him), using a ceramic saucer with raised lip instead. The saucer had all the qualities I wanted in this cat plate, but the larger diameter prevented more of the slop from dripping outside of the placemat.
