First failure 3 years in
In everyday morning/evening bathroom use, the first bulb to fail was almost exactly 3 years after purchase. (Funny thing, it just went to mostly dim.) Google says, "On average LED light bulbs will not have to be changed for at least 20 years." Looks like I'll need to buy another 6.... :(

Dimming is questionable
My initial configuration was two Hubbardton Forge sconce that uses 3 G9 75W short frosted bulbs, each controlled separately on a Maestro MA-600-WH dimmer. Everything is fine, other than cost and heat. I was shocked to find that LEDs had made it to replacing a boutique bulb like a G9 75W, but here is 6 of them, just what I need. First I changed out 2 halogens 2800K for 2 LEDs 3000K. For some reason I left one halogen, because I couldn't juggle that many on a ladder (the sconces are pretty high). The LEDs were longer than the G9 Bulbrite bulbs so I had to remove the diffusers to use the LEDs, and the difference between 2800K and 3000K was more pronounced (they are a little higher than 3000K, depends on rounding and significant digits). The dimmer worked great dimming the halogen and the LEDs equally well for the entire range. The whiteness difference wasn't going to matter since I still had the 3rd bulb to replace, right?I replaced the 3rd bulb and the dimmer stopped working. When all the bulbs are LED, the Lutron Maestro incandescent dimmer is useless. I replaced it with the Maestro C*L MACL-153MR-WH dimmer (which is supposed to work with LED, CFL, halogen, AND incandescent bulbs, although it isn't clear if AND means mixed together on the same circuit). This dimmer worked from about 50% to 100%, but was completely useless from 10% to 50%. If a bulb claims it can be dimmed, it should include the compatible dimmers THAT IT WAS TESTED WITH! I then went back to the mixed configuration with the C*L dimmer and immediately the halogen bulb burned out.Since I wanted it brighter, I replaced the MA-600-WH dimmer and the mixed configuration of 2 LEDs at 3000+K, and 1 halogen at 2800K. I can not speak to the longevity of the LEDs, but hopefully a better bulb or dimmer will be invented before they go out.Rating these a 5 without a good dimming compatibility is irresponsible. But they do seem to be about as bright as the halogens (albeit a little whiter), and are not as hot and not as costly on the power bill, so I am actually pretty happy, mostly because the dimmer works better than any dimmer I have ever seen work on an LED, and this is a hybrid configuration! Obviously however the dimmer gets feedback from the circuit is gated by the halogen. The designer of these bulbs needs to figure out how to send the same feedback to a dimmer circuit, because solving that problem is the holy grail of LED lighting.

No way no how they last 30,000 hrs
I had them installed in the guest bathroom, which is used only occasionally. Every few months on or two start flickering and than die. Don't know how they advertise them as a 30,000 hr life span?

Nice warm white. Perfect fit, Dimming flicker
The media could not be loaded. I bought the 3000 and the 6000 g9s. The brightness of the white is really up to you. I think everyone has a bit of a different taste with brightness. The fit is excellent, no issues and easy installation. These are not hot either - normal halogen g9 75Ws are hot! I have 6 of these, 2 per kitchen light - so the power savings would be great! So these do dim, but my issue is that they flicker when you first supply power no matter if the dimmer switch is on lowest dim or highest setting. On power on in low dim, they go dim, bright, and back to dim. On power on high, they flicker on and off until they settle. I included a video, with the light switch off and dimmer switch on full power, I turned on the light and you can see a burst flicker and then the light finally settles. These are not cheap kitchen lights (hubberton forge) and no such issue with normal 75W G9 halogen (they take up to 100w G9). I will followup with the manufacturer to see if this is an anomoly or they have a solution. These is the only reason for the 4 stars

Very bright
These are a warmer color tone and still very bright. I have them on a dimmer or the light would be too bright.

Don’t last very long
Of the 6 I purchased. 1 died within a year. I’m on year two now, and another one started flickering very badly. The LEDs are probably good, but the drivers are garbage. Do not buy

Very bright.
I bought these to replace 40 watt bulbs and they were even brighter than the ones they replaced. I'm not sure about longevity because I just installed them but I will give benefit of a doubt and if they fail early I will submit and update.

Nice light quality, but 2 out of 6 have already failed.
Light quality is very nice. No flickering from these warm lights. After the first one quit, we stopped using the dimmer feature of our three bulb vanity light and replaced them with three new ones. We need to because the single new light was far brighter than the other two (all six were from the same order and came in a boxed set). These lights (2) rated for 30,000 hours have not been able to make it past 250. I'm shopping for a new brand this next time around.

Bright, but they flicker!
These bulbs are bright, and they last a long time. They don’t cost very much. But they flicker visibly. When we ran water in our bathrooms, it looked like there was a strobe light - you could see the individual drops. Same if you waved your hand in front of your face. They dim, but not smoothly. Today I threw them all out and replaced them with the halogen bulbs the fixtures were designed for. The difference is obvious.
