I ordered these to draw in snow cone concentrate syrup into a 60 ml syringe so I could mix up smaller batches of juice. They work well and do not leak when attached to a leur lock syringe. The 8 gauge inside of needle is a little larger than a #2 pencil lead. Will be ordering the 12 gauge for the small diameter needles. 12 pack seems to be a value at $23
