Absolutely fantastic! Light! Sometimes I forget it is there.
Absolutely fantastic! in my kit I carry: Turniquate, Needle, two pair 9 mil xl nitrile gloves, CPR shield, Hemostatic packing, two Iodine swabs, two standard band-aids, chest seal 4 in Israeli bandage and a draw cutter. I wear it during all activities - get your mind out of the gutter - it holds up with no interference. My everyday footwear is a 6 + boot that keeps this up and inplace.

Perfect for plain clothes duty and off duty use. comfortable and light weight. Great for an CAT, combat gause, gloves and even a small can of OC without weighing down a nonduty belt. Perfect for winter months.

Comfortable Ankle Bleeder Kit
Covers equipment to easily and comfortably hold CATTQ, compression bandage, gloves, and hemostatic clotting agent.Holder is padded for extra comfort and the quality of the sewing is far better than the "concealed ankle kit" or some such also posted on Amazon.This kit also holds more and ironically due to the extra bulk conceals itself better as a wrinkle.

Perfect fit, low profile trama kit
Well now that I have had it for some time in use, it does just want it's made for at a lower cost than many other brands. A big plus is it has the hook and loop panel in correct direction so you don't have the hooks digging in your skin like many ankle bands. Light weight a plus and maybe a negative for some as in thin material. It fits my ankle / lower calf or on top of duty boot under pant leg. (Loaded with C.A.T., Israel bandage, kerlex) I can/ could fit a set of gloves in if I needed. Another plus for duty use is it removes small IFAC from belt, just don't get carried away stuffing it. A good gift for and LEO.

Good Stuff
I bought this (the first one I ordered would not hold a Cat T) after watching a video where a cop shoots a guy and then pulls a Tourniquet out of his pants leg and stops the bleeding! I wear it when I'm on my church security team. No one notices but I'm ready. I have a 4 inch trauma bandage in the other pocket. Great product!

The pouches are too big
The pouches are too big with too much loose fabric. It was constantly hanging on my pants leg and causing it to ride up.
