This is the worst audio CD in all of my law school career. The lecturer says "uh" CONSTANTLY and she speaks so fast there is no way to take notes or write anything down with out re-winding constantly. Clearly not lecturing to teach but review quickly if you can stand almost every phrase being punctuated with the sound "uh". HORRIBLE! Don't buy it! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Clear and concise presentation of the principles behind the California Family Code. Excellent for class or bar review. As a bonus, Prof. Bird has a pleasant voice and is easy to listen to for the hours this area of the law requires.
