Presa CP40004-50PK Metal Peg Board Shelving Hooks, 8-Inch, 50-Pack

Metal pegs are metal pegs. They seem to be well made, although a little thinner wire than some we found at a local big box store, they are a lot less expensive. So far they are holding up, and we hang some fairly heavy items on them. Only one had a weak weld out of the box.

In two boxes I had 2 6-inch hooks and 5 mangled hooks, and at least half a dozen I had to re-angle. You get what you pay for.

I had the idea for a great storage system for my all my wife's yarn for her Etsy store. Only to find out it had already been thought of, but I found these to be a perfect inexpensive solution and looks fantastic when fully implemented. The price is great, but keep in mind, you probably won't be able to hold much more than yarn on these pegs. These are clearly NOT designed for supporting heavy items. Came back and ordered another 50pk and received not broken pegs out of the 100.

The picture makes it look thick and sturdy but in reality its thin and cheap. I hung the small items on themand they snapped. Everyone snapped because the two prongs pointing up just came right off the prong.I would not recommend this item to anyone. I'm just thankful that I didn't hang anything heavy or valuable on it.

8" is a very long pegboard hook. So it would be easy to overload these hooks.They work just fine for lighter items and you can always double or triple up for heavy things.I doubled up for some 100 foot extension cords and they are holding up ok.If I were to look for more 8" pegs I would try for something more sturdy.

I was disappointed in the hooks. They were very thin and light weight and they do not fit it peg board holes well. The design of the hooks having an angle make them fall out of the peg board holes. I well not buy these again.

For the price these are great. Super cheap per item and the quality is just fine. Some are bent different ways and the material is of low quality (easy to bend and manufacture) but for normal use these are a great deal. If you want to hang anything really heavy off these you'll have to go with a different brand/product.

Not sure why people are complaining about how much they hold, These are long, so If you put something heavy on the tip, it will bend. I have heavy items on theses, up to 40lbs, most of the weight centered closer towards the pegboard. This is a great value as compared to other products.

Longer hooks, great for stacking things like rolls of tape on the wall. Won't take heavy loads unless you double them up but good for most items you would want to hang on pegboard. Works for wrenches and other items, but heavy gauge extension cord are a little much.

Finishing is really poor and hanging tongs are too short to hang.Also, in product description it is mentioned 50 pieces but got only 46.

The hanging prongs are a tad too short and tend to fall off.
