I don’t know what was the reason! And who is responsible
The item was damaged and leaked. I am not satisfied with this.

It wasted during shipping
I disliked that 1/2 my hair solution was gone. I used it and it seemed to stimulate my scalp. Even though 1/2 was spilled I feel it is a good product and they need to work on solving the leaking problem.

Not sure how effective it is, but if anything, it's a refreshing scalp toner that keeps my hair in good shape in between washes without weighing my hair down. I have curly but thin hair.
