I installed this into my tankless water heater and it gave me hot water - saved a lot over a new tankless hot water purchace.

Clean element often to avoid needing replacement
Correct fit for Ecosmart 27, clean elements 1 time every 1 or 2 months, remove and soak in white vinegar to clean may require lightly wire brushing.
