I bought this to give it to my baby and we both love it! It is very easy to mix to get a creamy and not heavy and oily peanut butter spread. Will buy again!

I personally don't avoid peanut butter and the extra fat, but peanut flour / powder works better for me in oatmeal, pancakes/waffles, baked goods and microwave mug cakes.This PB&Me powdered peanut butter doesn't have the best peanut flavor, but it's versatile, works well for cooking and it's one of the few organic options (non-organic peanuts are heavily sprayed with pesticides). It also comes is a plastic jar that I can easily recycle curbside.Because it's just peanut powder, you really need to add a pinch of salt and maybe some sweetener to bring flavor to the powder; it's not your classic peanut powder spiked with sugar. But that's exactly what I like about it, I can customize the taste and usages to my liking. Compared with other peanut powders / flours I have tried the flavor is quite mild, and a little sweet even without added sweeteners; it's still an enjoyable peanut taste, just not as intense as I would like.Taste wise, the Anthony's Organic Peanut Flour is better; what makes the PB&Me a better option for me is the packaging.The powder dissolves easily in water and mixes well with other flours for baking or with yogurt.For a peanut butter alternative I just mix the serving size with 1.5 tbsp of water. After some experimenting, I found this to be the perfect ratio; 2 tbsp is too liquid.I like to mix some in overnight oats, I use it in waffles, pancakes, muffins, bars (either protein or oat based), breads and other baked goods. The flour adds a ,ild peanut flavor and cooks well. It makes the end product a little drier (especially if you substitute actual peanut butter in recipes), but adding a little more liquid/butter/applesauce/etc. or something like xanthan gum helps with moisture.I also use peanut powder combined with liquid aminos to make an Asian inspired peanut sauce, great with crunchy veggies or noodles.What's a little intriguing it's that this PB&Me peanut powder is lighter in color than any similar product I have tried.I have tried before the `Dark Roast` from PB&Me, which had more flavor and a more grainy/gritty consistency, but that one is not organic. This organic version yields a smoother paste.I do like it comes in 7 ounce and 16 ounce options; I ordered the 7 ounce one to test it out, then went for the big one (which is more cost effective).

I like this product because you’re still having peanut butter but with less fat if you are trying to cut. The taste is OK but if you mix it with protein powder and water it taste way better. I have it on a rice cake with fruit.

However I have to limit oxalate so this really doesn't work out for me because and smoothies it's just too concentrated with oxalate

The taste is not very good compared to other brands that I have tried.I ordered this and the price was $14, free shipping.I was charged $23.99It appears to be a very dishonest seller. The size is very small, even $14 is too much. But then I really got ripped off price wise. I am very unhappy with this sellerI do not recommend this seller, or the product

I don’t care at all for the taste. I will try to use it up in a shake or smoothie. I can’t remember exactly, but I believe that I have purchased other brands with a better taste.

Very good! We used it to introduce peanuts to our son in his bottles. Love that it is organic and no sugar added.
