~UPDATE~So I contacted the seller and they were really kind and helpful, they apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a new one right away. It came fast in the mail too, I’ve had it for maybe about a week now and it works well, no problems! :) I’m really happy b/c other than that issue it got, it’s a really great product! :)~UPDATE~This thing is such a pain!Okay first the lights on it were starting to go out, first the middle then the bottom one, which I didn’t mind. I could tell which mode it was on by the way it worked. But now it’s like a ghost is possessing it or something! I was using it last night and I would be pressing the button and it wouldn’t turn on, then when I finally got it too, IT WOULDN’T TURN OFF! I finally got it to turn off after I kept using it and stopped pressing the on/off button, just letting the water drain out of my mouth while it was still on which made a mess, then pressed it again. But then when I tried to turn it on again, the same thing happened! It kept this up until I finally finished my flossing.Then later that night IT TURNED ON BY ITSELF! It actually woke me up in the middle of then night! And it has kept turning off and on all night, even this morning it’s still doing that! It’s totally dysfunctional and I can’t even really rely on it to work right to use it! I would return it but I can’t even see the way to contact the seller b/c my return window passed on April 2nd or so. It has a 12 month warranty yet how do I get them to replace it!?! I really loved it when it wasn’t going all crazy one me. Please help!!! It’s on a full charge so it’s not gonna stop for a while... I would attach a video but I swear it possessed, every time I try to I mostly works right. But even it that we’re to stay the same it’s still unreliable to use. I’ll try and catch it turning on by itself later but my phones about to die.~~~I love this. Holds a charge for such a long time and my mouth has never felt so great! I mix a bit of my mouthwash in it each time I use it, makes it even better. Also for the first times you use it it should be on the soft setting and doing so, for me, took a refill to get the job done. But now that I only use the soft setting on 1/6th of my mouth it doesn’t require a refill to finish the job. I love this product so much! <3

My dentist recommended to buy a water flosser as at the moment it is a very useful thing, which saves money, time and supports your teeth health!Advise - do not use soda or other elements with water, it will clog the tubes and you will have to buy a new irrigator. only water! if you have sensitive gums - be careful and choose the most gentle mode.I am pleased with the quality of the product and the price!

My dentist said i was doing very good job and pointed out few places I was still having issues with.I got this because the position I have get are easier to do with a water flosser.I like that tank is contained and portable ....especial since my bathroom sink small and I don't have much room for a lot of items. The four tips are nice touch in guest is visiting you.The one thing i hated about tank one it was always one level of pressure... this has 3!!!!!

I was in desperate need for a new water flosser as my old one broke after a few months of buying and having braces makes flossing ten times harder. Compared to my old flosser, the removable tank made it easier for me to fill. It also carried more water thats enough to floss my upper and bottom sets of teeth. The only dislike I have about this is the tips as the circular design makes it hard for me to target where I want the water to hit.

I purchased this because my dentist recommended it since I don’t like flossing.At first it did hurt but my gums were extremely swollen. Now they have gone down tremendously. I love this flosser easy to dissemble. I packed it for my trip to Miami and had no issues with it there or the return home.I lost my adapter to charge it and it took time to find customer service but once I did (ubcare) I was able to request a new one. And they sent a whole new flosser for free. I just gotta make sure I don’t lose the charger again ! LmaoBefore and after photos. I have been shopping around for a water flosser as my dentist recommend for my braces. I used to floss a lot using medical flooser. However, those are not really helpful when I have braces. This water flooser definitely satisfy all of my requirement. Affordable price, nice design, easy to carryout, and safety. Its water jet is strong enough to remove all of my calculus attached in the back of my teeth. Therefore, my teeth is clean, which make my gum healthier.

I would give 5 star to this product. I like how you have three options to choose from depending on water pressure. Very easy to change multiple tips that comes along the product. This device needs to be charged that comes along the product . Bottom line is this is a very handy product for your dental hyginene.

Bottom of water tank leaked like s sieve! I had to run a bead of super glue around the bottom. It flooded my sink top twice before I found the problem. I thought it was not attached correctly! Nope just a leaker!
