I'm 5 ft and weigh 125 pounds. The small fits me like a circus tent. The hem hits me at mid calf. Even with a belt, there is so much extra material that it looks ridiculous. The material and print are alright though and what you'd expect for the price. I'll probably end up using the material for something else like next halloween when I dress up as a circus tent.
