SOUP RECIPES: 100 Simple and Delicious Soup Maker Recipes for a Healthy Life Kindle Edition

A lot of recipe books have ingredients that I have never heard of or are unavailable. This book sets out easily understood and easily followed recipes to ensure success every time. Some plain and simple, some quite exotic! Great addition to your kitchen.

I thought very highly of the kindle edition of the recipes,but I bought the print version because working from the kindle was a nuisance as it kept disappearing. I am very sad, however , that the book version is in black and white. Colour is important when deciding on a choice of soup.

A lovely selection of easy recipes without having to amass loads of ingredients; nice and easy. The reason for 4 star rating is a few recipes gave amounts of ingredients which were far to big for British size soup makers, but they are easily adjusted or halved and made in two lots.

Had a quick skim through it. Looks good and the recipes look easy to follow.
