Basically works
I don't much care for this keyboard. I ordered it because I like the basic design -- it allows me to use my iPad in my lap without it falling over. The keyboard paired with my iPad after a few tries. The keys work OK. My main complaint with the keyboard is the placement of the arrow buttons. I'm always hitting an arrow button when I intend to hit the right shift key. This slows down my typing considerably. Also, the case is very heavy -- much heaver than other I've used. And it got scratched up when I was taking it in and out of my carry-on bag. There was nothing particularly abrasive in the bag, and I'm not sure what caused it, but I was surprised that it scratched so easily. If I liked the case more, I would have been annoyed.

Did not work.
For starters, the instruction manual is very unhelpful. It does not have any troubleshooting or clear communication about how to set up the keyboard the first time it is in use. But maybe that’s just because the product didn’t work to begin with. I charged the unit for over 3 hours before trying to connect it with my iPad only to have it not pair. The only way to turn it on and off is to open and shut the keyboard. Unfortunately, the unit only stayed on for a split second, not long enough for me to even begin pairing it with my device. When I tried to get support, it was useless. They seemed to have no idea what to do with this thing either. I’m going to get what I pay for now and try out the Logitech recommended by Apple.

Brydge keyboard / Logitech should check this simple yet effective keyboard case
As a laptop case for iPad 11”, it’s a simple and brilliant execution. For the price, the key feel is compromise slightly and certainly not as good as those found on logitech or other know brand. But in terms of what was designed to solve, aka make your iPad like a laptop, this done the job well. I wish other known brand would come out with something like this. One feedback though is the arrow key as it’s pretty near the right shift key and can easily have mistake when trying to click on the right shift key which, instead will move the cursor instead.3 star due to 1) key feel is a bit on the cheap side 2) the 4 edge clip on style is harder to remove the iPad 3) arrow key get mistaken for right shift key more often than not, but can get used to it by being careful

A Great, Affordable Option to Convert Your iPad Into a Laptop
Wanted a clamshell-style set up that could mirror a laptop. I also wanted backlighting, which I think is critical in being productive even in dark places. This model gives me everything I need at about one-third the price of the Apple version. The keys are responsive and allow me to type fairly quickly (I’m writing the review using the keyboard, so that ought to tell you something). The backlight comes in various colors and three levels of light. Another element I really appreciated was the inclusion of a clear rubber protector for the keyboard. I found little difference with responsiveness and intend to use it full time. Closing the shell puts the iPad in sleep mode and opening it engages face unlocking. I’ll check back in with updates, but for now this is an excellent and well-priced alternative to Apple’s setup. Use the $100 you save to buy an iPad with more storage!

It's heavy
All functional aspects and quality of the case and keyboard are great; however, if you want to use it for travel you need to know it is heavy. It's significantly heavier that the ipad pro 11 that it is intended to hold. Now I'm ordering another case that claims to be light and thin with a removable keyboard. Sacrificing keyboard functionality for portability.

Doesn't open more than 135 degrees
This keyboard case seems built like a tank. The bluetooth didn't want to connect right away but I got it working. The problem for me is that the case only opens 135 degrees. You can't flip the keyboard around and hold it like a tablet. I had to send it back. I'll wait for one that has more flexibility.
