I spent a lot of time looking for a decent bedside alarm clock. Early all the results on Amazon are variants on the same cheaply made model which in experience do not last long and don't work very well.This clock however is very solid and high quality. The alarm is loud and it is simple to operate. It feels like it will last a long time, really impressed with it.

Easy setup and simple operation slightly bigger than I was expecting but works fine

Good, large numbers. Easy to read in bright daylight or at night, using the backlight that can be adjusted to be bright or completely off/dark, or anywhere in between. Very easy to set up and use. Even has 12h and 24 hr options.Larger in real life than I expected. Overall, very pleased & definitely would recommend for travelling / holidays etc.

Very easy to set alarm+time. Alarm is loud, It will wake you up but easy to stop.Excellent clock.

Having read the reviews I can't disagree with some of the comments. The clock is OK, it works well, and a good price compared to others available on Amazon, it comes with a leaflet and you can set the clock up fairly easily. My only concerns, as it is with many others, is that it has to be tilted slightly, so you can see the digits clearly, which is most annoying when you put it flat on a bedside table, for example, I had to put a bit of paper underneath it, so I can read it properly from beneath the sheets, which is not exactly what you want, but, you can't view it otherwise. I also had to turn down the brightness during the day as that isn't really needed, especially, when I'm not in my bedroom for long periods. During the night I turn it up slightly as it can get far too bright if you have it on full blast, the digits are large and can be seen from a distance. The clock looks a bit plasticy, but, as long as it isn't manhandled badly should last a good while, I won't use it outside my bedroom for travelling etc, but, I'm sure it would work OK, the battery life should last for the duration of any little trip, I'll give it 4 stars overall, it does its job.
