NUNCHUCKS!: Nunchaku For Self-Defense Kindle Edition

The book is introductory. This was expected. The description of the moves isn't as well explained as I would have liked. I have other similar books (from the 80s-90s) that are more descriptive.

This is a short and excellent book on nunchaku for self degfense. I have used nunchaku for about 40years. I love them for self defense.

Very great way to start this new interest. Takes the time and Percision to definite define things and a easy understandable way for those who I guess you would call like me are a Lehman. Definitely worth buying if you’re into kung fu or nunchucks or anything related

I learned some really good basic techniques to use with my foam nunchucks. The instructions are direct and easy to understand. I recommend this book for all any and all new nunchuckers.

Really solid little book. It's a short read and there's nothing revolutionary here. If you are looking for the very basics of using flexible weapons and a few techniques that you can practice then this is an ideal product for you.

A good introduction to the reality of what nunchucks are and can do. Written with humour and common sense, by someone who has done the miles and worn the bruises!

O.K. I'm a Bruce Lee fan and for this reason I had to buy this book.A short and easy guide for how to use the nunchacku.More for academic interest because the nunchaku is forbidden in the area I live, the book is quiet interesting and the second part about the weighted chain is of practical interest because it shows how to improvise a "weapon" for self defence .And this all for a low price !
