Keurig K15 Coffee Maker, Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer, 6 to 10 oz. Brew Sizes, Burnt Orange

The machine stopped running the water through the cup. I tried cleaning it several times with white vinegar to no avail. My first reaction was to write a negative review due to the length of time which I had it and was thinking I was out of warranty. I did that. I then called the company, which is what I should have done to start with, and they very politely helped me resolve the issue. I immediately deleted the bad review and am writing another here. I was very satisfied and would recommend the product and company. They have also have a very helpful website to walk you through most of the issues that you could have with the machine. One problem that I realized that is common is that by using the refillable pods, the grounds can escape the pod into the water drip system which consist of tiny tubes and clog it up. I think this is because the grind (i.e., fine, medium, coarse) that is used is not the right one for the machine. I hope this helps keep you from being too frustrated.

I absolutely love this little coffee maker. It doesn't hold any water, you just fill up your coffee mug with however much you want (this is how you make it stronger/lighter), and dump it in. You hit the flashing button, and boom, fresh coffee is pouring in about 1 minute. My husband and I use this daily, and we love that you can just make 1 cup at a time. It only takes a second to make another cup, so we don't mind just adding water each time we use it. It's small, quick, efficient, and makes a darn good cup of joe. I would recommend this to anyone that wants something simple, and isn't too picky about having multiple coffee options. I have no problem using my larger mugs, you just slide the base out and you can fit a really big mug in there. If you have a tall thermos, you can sort of cram it in there and lean it sideways, and it will work just fine (or fill up a mug and pour it into the thermos from there). Works great, especially for the price.

I love my Keurig! I like that it doesn't have a water tank, so we fill it up with water as we use it. There's 3 different water levels you can use, and it's easy to see how much to add. It takes about 2 minutes from the time you start the machine to when your drink is ready! The machine is very easy to use because the lights show what needs to be done and then the brew button will illuminate when it is ready. We love using it for everything from coffee to making hot water for tea. My only complaint is that none of our travel mugs fit under the spout, so I always have to brew my drinks in a normal coffee mug and then transfer it. I use it 2-3 times a day and haven't had any issues, except for the rare times that I forget to place a mug under the spout. the drip tray does a great job of catching the spilled liquid, and it can hold an entire cup so you don't have to worry about it making a huge mess! I really love this machine and highly recommend it if you're looking for an easy to use, quick coffee/tea maker.

I am super unhappy with this Keurig. I have been a long-time user of Keurig coffee makers, but this one just does not cut the mustard. Unfortunately, because we bought it for our RV, we did not test it in time to meet the NARROW window of return opportunity. What is that about???? The plastic was cheap, the coffee was cold, and the functionality was awkward. We feel duped. This is an update to the above review following an actual call to Keurig: Buyers, many companies have teams now-a-days where there job is to watch reviews for negative comments and then respond. The notion is to show others reading them "oh, hey...look, this buyer had a bad experience, but the company was very responsive and is offering to rectify the situation". The reason is multi-pronged. For instance, the company wants to show they "care" as well as that they are doing something about the issue...that they stand behind their product. I decided to actually call due to the real frustration regarding this K15 model Keurig. Well, this is where things crumble regarding Keurig's concern or desire to do something for the buyer of their machines. I was basically told I must be an idiot, a liar, or a thief. The representative was surely trained to respond to customer calls as her answers were very "canned", meaning taught responses and tactfully defensive regarding Keurig's machine quality and how so many other buyers are raving about this machine (why do I care-just a further attempt to belittle me?). Despite my desire to move into a better built model (hopefully), I was told they weren't capable (or is it willing) to allow me to simply return and or exchange this unit and either buy or exchange and pay the difference for another. So, reluctantly, I was made to succumb to the same model replacement. Further, I now have to send back some internal part on my own dime??? Really???? I suppose this is a tactic to keep warranty hounds at bay. Due to the machine issues, I would think that Keurig would want the whole machine back to check what happened on the quality front when engineering it. Instead, they are more interested in ensuring I don' t have the ability to use both machines. HA! I'd be lucky if one works. Thanks, Keurig.

Love my Red coffee maker. Can only purchase this in Black in Edmonton. Love that Amazon has it in a variety of colors !!

This is my favorite coffee machine. It's compact and perfect for my first cup of coffee in the morning. I have never had problems with this coffee machine. I just wish it would come in my "Chili Red" color. I think this model is being discontinued, which makes me sad, cause I've heard the pods in other machines tend to explode and make a mess. Space saving on your counter. I love love this machine. Never had an issue with my coffee tasting like plastic.
