Oak Front Platform Bed Storage Drawers - Free Standing - Solid Wood

The holes that the wheel axles fit through weren't completely drilled and when I pushed the axles through, the interior of the drawers splintered apart. If I had a drill, I could have properly finished the holes, but I have no drill. It was a simple oversight that should not have passed the quality control at the time of manufacture.

Really completes the look of my bed. They roll out easy and have a ton of storage.My biggest gripe is the quality and look of the pine that is used on the side and back. It looks cheap. I think they should either offer an all oak model or offer options to make it blend in better. For the time being, staining appears the be the best solution.I also would suggest that people save the $20 dollars and purchase the unfinished oak. You can save a few dollars by applying danish oil on your own.I must say that the amount of storage was surprising. You can fit more than a basket worth of clothes into each one, which is great for folks who need more space in their bedroom. It also means less crap gets kicked under your bed with the drawers in the way.

This product is ok. The seller has really bad customer services. In the post it says that they will ship the item withing 2 to 4 weeks after you purchased the product. However, they call you around the four week and tell you that they will take another 1 to 2 weeks before they can ship it to you. It took them over 8 weeks total for them to ship the item to me and I called them and left messages saying that if I didn't receive anything from them I will report them to Amazon.

I bought the oak bed 2 yrs ago and love the quality, size and it fits well into a small room. I recently purchased the drawers because I needed extra storage. I called CS to place the order and they initially shipped the wrong item - it was the same bed I purchased 2 yrs ago. It took them over 2 weeks to pick up the bed even though they promised within days. I was somewhat annoyed but kept my cool..However, I did receive the draws in 1 week vs the 2 week standard. They match the bed perfect and was easy to put together. The package was missing 1 silver hairpin for the wheels on the draw but I improvised with using a regular hairpin. My only wish is that they made the bottom cardboard of the draw a bit stronger. The edges of the board would peel while trying to maneuver them in the grooves of the side and back boards.
