For the money, the bottle seemed a bit small, but other sellers are even more expensive! The vacuum-packed lid was tough to open because of the smooth edges. I finally used a hack--put a rubber band on the edge, hen twist. That worked!Flavor is good, and using a garlic/ginger mix is very convenient.

I love the convenience of having this already mashed up and ready to use. This is a flavor combination I use regularly, so it's very handy just to have this jar of it in the fridge. It makes cooking less labor-intensive. The flavor is good and well-balanced. The jar I received was well-packed and in perfect condition, so I am well-pleased. I love ginger! I live for ginger! I’m growing ginger this year. This stuff has absolutely no flavor. When I cook with it, I still have to add fresh ginger in order to taste the ginger. It’s not worth the money. Slice or purée your fresh ginger, leave it in your freezer until you need it and add it to your food while it’s cooking.

I use a lot of ginger and love the convenience of no chopping and prep time. I felt this was a very good price point for the volume and convenience. No complaints about the flavor either! I will reorder when needed.

Are use this to build the stuffing for my cabbage rolls. This added just the right amount of ginger and garlic to the onions when I was cooking them up to get ready to add the pork and the ground beef. It turned out fantastic I couldn’t be more happy I will never go back to the old way of chopping up garlic and ginger again.

I had picked up 2 different brands of paste from a large box store a while back and was very disappointed as they were both extremely watery. This brand is an actual paste. A very pleasant, mild tasting paste. I will purchase again.
