Yes and No.
I was initially disappointed because it didn't look like the picture. The bead was attatched by a wire in a really weird way. Just, like, dangling by a loop at the top. Not like the picture AT ALL. I thought about sending it back but with a little patience and some super glue I got it fixed up and now I can't wait to put a picture of my momma in it.

Not worth the price
it’s not necessarily a frame. The ad makes you think there’s a backing. Flimsy plastic over picture. Not worth 10 bucks for this tiny flimsy thing.
