It was really easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy. A nice size and is quite attractive.Edit: Initially cats would scratch _anything_ but this post. After a week or two, they have relented and are now using it.

Kitten loves it, climbs up to the top and likes ro get hold of the ball.

the cat loves this, i had barely got it together before he was using it. it was easy to assemble and is sturdy. im not sure how long it will last as he scratches it a LOT - but better than our carpet or furniture! i would expect to have to replace an item like this a couple of times a year and i am sure it will last reasonable for the price.

I gave a glowing review with loads of photos of how easy it is to build and how my 10 week old and 8 month old kittens likes, the size of it in real terms with images of our cats and tape measure but Amazon decided that it wasn't within their guidelines and rejected it , so I have no idea if this was going to pop up or not
