This product makes land mine exercises sooo much more comfortable and effective. The quality is great and the company's customer service is outstanding. My order got lost/stolen and they IMMEDIATELY sent another. Well worth the price.

Great tool for pressing movements 4 weeks post thumb surgery
I am an avid lifter and mountain biker. I've trained hard and competed in many sports including Judo, BJJ, CrossFit, Powerlifting and Kettlebell Sport. I work manual labor and my artistic hobbies all take a toll on my hands. After decades of hard use, I wore through the cartilage in my thumb joints that required surgery to remove thumb bone to relieve arthritis pain.I had revision trapeziectomy surgery for my right thumb four weeks ago. While I've been able to do strict pullups, rows and shrugs since the second post-surgery week (surgeon encouraged me to do so as long as it didn't cause pain), doing any pressing movements where a bar pushes into the thumb joint such as dips, bench pressing or overhead pressing is not and will not be possible until about 4 months post surgery.I discovered that landmine shoulder pressing is now possible using the ball of the Titan Hammer Sleeve. The ball distributes the weight into the palm of my hand instead of the thumb joint and the landmine movement arc keeps the weight from bearing directly down into my hand, so I now have a pressing movement again! I can even do a floor press movement now with my back supported on a sandbag. It feels like a decline bench press. Again, because of how the ball distributes the weight and the movement arc, I have regained another pressing movement. This is a great attachment, surgery recovery or not. The added length allows for a greater range of motion, avoiding hitting the plates whether I use the ball or the handle. If you have arthritis in your thumb joint, supporting the wide end of the barbell can be too painful to use landmine training successfully. This sleeve's narrower grip handle behind the ball opens up training possibilities that were too painful to do otherwise. It is also great for sledgehammer type wrist strength warmups and it works great as a wrist roller when attached to a bar in a power rack. Tie a band in the middle of the handle and attach a weight to the band...instant wrist roller without having your shoulders be the limiting factor. Very cool.I would definitely recommend this product.

Love it
I wish I would have found this sooner. Now I don't need to watch for metal at the end of the bar to be sharp with the possibility of cutting my skin.

This is an excellent piece to add to your exercising endeavors
This is an awesome product. I have used this piece over the past two years and I’m quite happy to have found the same product under the titan namebrand.

Broke in half… wasn’t welded, almost looked glued.
Blows my mind how something like this could even happen to a product like this. Honestly this item needs to be recalled and welded at the joint not glued or whatever this was.Luckily no one was hurt but there was some minor damage to my home when this snapped. I was only 3 sets in with maybe 60lbs…Pros: The company did refund me with zero hassle but as dangerous as this was I kinda expected something more then just that.Lesson learned don’t go cheap. Buy either a single piece of metal product or one welded for this attachment.

Solid, Good Price
Solid. Welds are a little sloppy. The plastic knob to tighten it onto the barbell is small and this makes it harder to tighten.
