The pitcher came beautofully packaged and was gorgeous right out of the box. I loved that it came with the care instructions specific to this pitcher. You can find the same information on their website. However the care message gave extra information. I liked the details and the engraving. The inside is full copper and does tarnish a little. You have to be careful to clean it regularly the way you should. I would recommend cleaning after each use and hand drying to make sure it does not tarnish to much or too quickly, Even small amounts of moisture will cause it to tarnish. This is again real copper so worth the purchase price and the beautiful details are amazing.

The quality of this pitcher and cup are outstanding. Worth the money! But there was no box. It was wrapped in thin plastic wrap and thin white plastic and shoved in the thinnest Amazon envelope. With a tag laying loose in bag. Miraculously, it was not damaged so I will keep it. But I feel I may have gotten someone's 'return item" with no box, etc. That has happened before. Not the way to treat an item with a good reputation.

...Which is to say not much at all. I'm the type that would rather drink from a garden hose than buy plastic bottles of water but I don't drink much of it as I should. The main issue is that if I drink tap water or most bottled water (that is treated in the same way tap water is) on an empty stomach, it givens me heartburn. I later realized the reason when trying to figure out why pet fish kept dying. No matter how long you let water stand out, it doesn't change the pH. Most water is alkaline due to treatment with chlorine. This bothers my stomach. It seems as if somehow chilling the same water in the fridge overnight in this lovely copper pitcher with the cup/lid on, I can drink it in the morning and it doesn't bother me. I think it does something to the water akin to tasting the difference between distilled and mineral water. I know its just copper and isnt adding minerals to it but it does improve the taste for me. And oddly enough, although the cup doesn't make a perfect seal, the water doesn't pick up any funky odors or flavors from the fridge. I tend to treat myself to a cup of this water before bed at night. Highly recommend and not a bad price either for the beauty!

Only thing I wish this jug had to be a 5 star was it's own lid. The way it is you use that cup on pic upside down for lid. The problem is that when you use the cup as a lid, because of the tallness of the cup, it limits filling the jug a good portion. Other than not having its own lid this jug and cup are very high quality and look very nice anywhere you put them.

This is my first Vase Vessel of pure copper. To be more conscious in the value of my water intake and the value of water and memory.I did the copper and magnetic test. It passed. I also cleaned it with vinegar and lemon. It’s such a beautiful Vessel. 🙏🏻 Thank you so so much. I highly recommend it to everyone on the same path as I am. I’m going to have this for a long time and pass it onto my son when I move on in this life.

It tarnished inside right away but it tastes fantastic, stays cold and is amazing next to my bed. Used nightly and I love it. It’s pretty, solid, classically beautiful. Future gift for friends although I hate to share the Unique nature of it. Debating? - go for it.

Like the product but concerned about the black staining on the inside. This is not like any tarnish I have ever seen and appears to me to be residue or drips left over from the manufacturing.

Concerned about staining that appeared in cup and jug after water was in vessel for a couple hours...Edit: staining is harmless oxidation. Only on inside of cup and vessel, and does not affect the outside of either.

so beautiful pure copper very beneficial for your health -I had to get it ready first with instructions to activate the copper-did that now I fill it every day for my health -copper to drink out is great for your body.just love it -fast delivery and gorgeous patter on the pure of the purest copper so happy I bought this

Beautiful! It’s was smaller than what it looked like for me. But otherwise, it’s worth the price. This copper vessel is sturdy and of great quality for me so far. With the amazing health benefits & product quality, it’s definitely a valuable buy.
