The Stability ball came tastefully packaged and arrived before I expected it to. It was a breeze to assemble. I am short but am full figured and was shocked at how sturdy and durable it was to sit on. I received an email from the company (right when ball was delivered) that also provided a free workout book with some amazing and fun workouts. I joke about wearing a bikini with my build, but I think my target spots can actually be worked on in a new fun way. The bands for legs and arms are a perfect fit for my daughter who is taller and me the shorty. FYI: The Butt blaster is not as hard as it looks but fun to do. Only issue I have is that my kids keep taking it. I might have to get everyone one.

I was excited to try and use this as a exercise option. I didn’t want to spend money on a giant machine and a plain yoga ball wasn’t enough for me. This was the perfect combo. It’s great quality and you can’t beat the price. I’ve already been doing some gentle workouts on it with the resistance bands and I could be happier with the ease of it all. But the thing I didn’t expect to fall in love with is the idea of it being a chair. I now use it to sit on when I work from home and I can already feel my posture shifting. It’s comfy and the perfect height for me. This is one item, multiple options - all beneficial!

The product is great and putting it together was simple. You really feel a difference when sitting on it. It feels much better than a chair. I would have given it 5 stars but I had to email the seller for the PDF that you should get with the product, the one with sample exercises and information. The seller provided me with the PDF in a timely manner.I think that the seller should include a link to the PDF in the follow up email that they send to customers who purchase the product. Unless I am missing something that should be a simple thing to do. All the same I enjoy the product and I am using it now.

I purchased this item as a birthing ball, and have been using it to exercise in the meantime. It looks just as described and it's made very well. I'm 5'7" and 200 lbs at 8 1/2 months and my husband is 6'5" over 250 lbs and we both sit on it, so it's very sturdy. Comes with instructions and the pump to inflate it, and only took a few minutes to assemble. It also comes with a diagram of exercises you can do using the ball and bands that it comes with. I would definitely recommend this item.

Resistance bands are long so you don't get much resistance on regular curls. I have other bands that I'm going to try and use with itBase for the ball loses a lot of air when you try to take the pump out to plug it. Really unnecessary because the ball just sits in the hole, not actually on the baseBall is nice and can be very helpful for workout.

I have not used the stability ball as of yet...I need to find a way to inflate it...the pump that came with it is too difficult for me to use but would work for someone without arthritis in their hands. This by no means take away from the quality of the product. The quality seems well made. It was a nice touch to receive a thank you card for my purchase and to make sure their product was what the buyer expected. Not many would add this touch to their business. Thank you.

I really like this stability ball! I have had several over the years and this is my favorite. I love that it has a base to house it when I am not using. I also like that it has exercise bands that I have attached to it so I can use. I leave this in my family room so I and other members of family can use while we watch tv. The aktivecompany who sells these balls are really great people to buy from. The ball was shipped out super fast and seller reached out right away to see if I was happy.

I sit at my desk all day so I was looking forward to trying this. I've used medicine balls before but I like the added base and resistance bands. I like the base so when I have to get up and grab something from my printer the ball doesn't travel across the room. The resistance bands were an extra bonus because they are right there, easy to use so I use them through out the day. There are two sizes although I've only tried the one. It moves easy and while it doesn't tire me out, I feel like doing something is better than nothing. Especially when I'd just be sitting there anyway. Also, it shipped quick and was easy to assemble.
