Universal Aluminum Diamond Mesh Grille Insert 48" x 12" Black (3 Pack)

I got this mesh to do a grill on the front of my car. It's not a big grill at all and shouldn't take me that long to put together. I find it always hard to judge how fine or large the mesh is through pictures and I would put this at a medium to small size. I have seen finer mesh and larger mesh.The aluminum seems to be nice and sturdy and the black seems to be a high quality that won't flake off.I'm planning on doing a double row of this to give me the Moire effect and also to block more debris from getting to my radiator.

Surprised by the quality. I never got to use the material though it is sturdy. So if you ever need a specific sized piece of black painted metal mesh look no further.

This mesh is a bit lighter than i was hoping it would be, but with a little finess and some strategic bends, it stiffened up quite nicely! The black paint/powder coat stood up to my bending efforts and gives a great appearance!

Works great cuts and bends easily enough but still holds it's form,I used this to cover fog light holes and a grill,

Used to replaces a broken front grille. Worked perfectly, pliable enough to conform to the shape of the grille.Trimmed nicely with a dremmel.

This is the kind of material that you will find in the back of home depot. Thin and week not the kind of quality at all that you would want for a car/truck grille. Looks better in the pics online that it does in person.

I wanted to fill the open space behind the grill and in front of the radiator where the horn and some other objects were unnecessarily exposed. Took a chance on this particular meshing, not knowing exactly how the end result would be - it turned out great!The dimensions of this mesh didn't require much shaping for my vehicle, but it was pretty easy to cut where needed. Popped off grill partially, slid this directly behind it and secured with a couple of small black zip-ties.The holes between the black meshing are small enough to obscure the open space (as I was hoping), but large enough to display a nice looking subtle effect to the front of the vehicle. Definitely a nice and cheap upgrade

Used this to create a custom grill for my truck. It was exactly what I needed. I had some expensive stainless steel mesh, but with my limited tools, it became too hard to work with. This was cheap, the right size and color. Easy to work with. It's not as sturdy, but that's the trade off for being easy to work with. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product and wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again should the need arise.
