Works well
I've used these in a couple of applications and they have worked flawlessly so far.

Great variable power supply for DIY hot wire foam cutter.
This review is for the 9-24V 3 amp model. This unit makes a great variable power supply for hot wire foam cutting. This is perfect for my needs and it saved me a lot of money over buying a commercial hot wire cutter. This supply will heat a 32 gauge Nichrome wire about 3 feet long with no problem at all while giving you a perfect cut. That's the only gauge I've tested so far because it worked so well I didn't feel the need. I'm sure that thicker gauge wire will heat just fine as well. For shorter lengths of wire or thinner gauges just lower the voltage. The voltage reading does tend to fluctuate (very slightly) when its set to be under 10 volts. The display flickers a bit but it doesn't seem to be a problem and stabilizes just fine above 10 volts. I haven't had any heat build up in the supply either. All in all I think I've found the perfect unit for cutting foam. Not sure why another reviewer said the quality is bad. This model is pretty nicely made (for being plastic that is).

Works Great
This unit saves having to buy a separate dimmer and really allows you to dial in your LED’s to right amount of dimness. I own 3 and am no doubt going to buy another.

Works Great
I originally wrote a one star review for this dimmer because it worked for 90 minutes and then completely failed, but it was not this dimmer!! There was a short in the LED light strip. Oy, so all is good with this dimmer.

Bought to power up an old video camera
I found my old Sharp VHSc camcorder and a box of family tapes. The battery on the camcorder was completely dead and would charge enough to run the camera for about 5 minutes. After hours of searching for a 9.6 volt ac to dc converter, and being told by Sharp that it is no longer manufactured, I found this variable voltage converter.I contacted the seller and he did confirm that it would adjust to 9.6 volts. So I ordered it.Received it, well packaged, and new as described on Amazon by the seller.Works great. Holds a steady 9.6 volts to run the camera.Been using it for a couple days transferring my compact cassettes to DVD for my three daughters to save for their memory collections.I would definitely recommend this product if you are in search of an ac to dc converter for whatever your needs are.

BUYER BEWARE OF FIRE HAZARDS
I bought two of these YUNBO YUNBO LED Strip Lights and both have burnt out in just one year of use.The first set simply stopped working. Although the power unit has power and seems to be functional, there no light coming from the light strip. The second set, just today, started to smoke and sizzle. I happen to smell burning in my upstairs office and upon checking, I heard sizzling sound. (like cooking bacon). When I inspected the strip I saw a smoke and a sparking. These are a fire hazard for any use and should be taken off the market asap.

Surprisingly accurate and consistent
I used this power adjuster for homemade wire foam cutter. The housing is well constructed and the dial is perfect. There is a nice click to let you know the unit is on which is great because it limits the chance of it being bumped on. The voltage gauge on the front is clear and so far quite accurate. My foam cutter remains at a consistent temperature and now slices through foam. For the price this is really hard to beat, I might even buy another just to have around.

Good unit!
I only used it for an amplifier drawing less than 1 amp.The unit seems to self-adjust the voltage.Lower or higher load, it tries to maintain the voltage. The voltage is within 0.01V correct on the output pins, both under load or not under load.
