Bought these after watching and reading all the reviews I could. Seemed you needed to be religious in taking them and thats how you saw results... after 3 weeks of taking 2 a day without missing a day I actually gained weight and my waist went up a inch. Now during the first week I continued to eat poorly, 2nd week started to eat alot better and 3rd week added working out with eating good... no results... obviously I dont expect to get a refund for my unused 14 pills but maybe I can save another sucker from getting suckered

So far so good , I’ve been trying to loose weight. Even on my bad days on cheating on my diet I wake up still feeling lighter. Been taking for a month now.

Just one more in a long line of products that make claims but don't really do anything. They got my money.

I'm on the fence about this product, I was taken this with another product so I don't know if this had anything to do with how I felt, it work on me so I would say you have to try it yourself to see what effect it has on you

It doesn't seem to be working. Ive been taking g it for 5 weeks and have lost no weight. Also it doesn't curb my appetite. I would like a full refund so I can try something stronger. Hopefully through Alpha Male products. I never thought I would see a FDA product not work.

Ordered 3 different supplements from this company. Products were well packed and I got what I thought I was going to get. Definitely have noticed a boost in energy and mood for the 2 days that I’ve taken them. Unfortunately, I’ve been taking all 3 about the same time so it’s impossible to pinpoint what each one is doing.

For all I know, it is probably a placebo. I neither felt nor saw any change whatsoever. Perhaps it doesn't work for seniors.
