Bought this because I saw that it was "FDA approved" with numerous 5 star reviews. Jokes on me because if you look at several of the reviews, they were posted by the same person. Shame that Amazon did not remove these fake reviews since they are strict on their policies. Anyhow, the back brace is way too small for an adult male. The velcro cannot be adjusted unless you take off the brace, making it a huge convenience. When it is on, it does not force one to have appropriate posture. Returning this back to Amazon.

Its not really easy to audjust. I have to take it off and adjust it. Its too high at the back not d same with the picture. Im still gonna try n use this. Hope it will help my slouching. Hey uts cheap

This back brace was easier to put on and adjust than others I tried. It seemed to improve my posture when wearing the brace while making me aware of my shoulders relaxing and the need to adjust my posture on my own when the brace was off. Overall I think this is a very good brace for the money.

This elastic brace was hard to put on. Luckily for me my husband is retired and helped. The brace was not helpful. It was too flimsy to do me any good. It might work fine for a smaller person.

Comfortable, easy to figure out, easy to take on and off, and I can already tell a difference in how I’m standing/sitting.

I bought this to help with my scoliosis. The smell is excessively strong and i'll will have to return it. I washed it 3x and have it outside to air, but it still smells very bad.

Easy to use and comfortable. Is not magic, but definitely makes a better difference in support than other brands/models I have tried.

60 years old, looking for something to help my posture in the office. impossible to get it on. sent it back.
