This hotplate is very effective and produces a way for the cook without a stove at her disposal to cook in a stove-like competent way! Yippee!

Love love love this hot plate! Heats up fast and water comes to a boil as fast as my electric water pot (Cuisinart). Definitely need the 1500 watts. The 2 burner is 1800 and takes longer to cook. I have the 2 burner red. I will purchase another 1 burner once it goes on sale!

I felt good when I received the item and can use it outside as neededI think the heating plate is about the size of a small electric stove at home, which is nice.

I recently purchased the Techwood 1800W Portable Electric Stove with high hopes for a convenient and efficient cooking solution, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory.One of the major drawbacks is the inconsistent heating performance. Despite the 1800W power rating, the burners seem to struggle to reach and maintain the desired temperature. This inconsistency has significantly impacted the quality of my cooking, leading to frustration and disappointment.The build quality of the electric stove also leaves much to be desired. PERFECTION! My range top went out this winter and I needed a temporary replacement. First, I bought this single INDUCTION hotplate that ended up being uncontrollable hype. I couldn't cook anything properly with it. I gave up and went "old school" with this double hotplate. The difference is like night and day. It cooks evenly, perfectly and as expected -- no surprises just consistent cooking. I will be getting a new range soon, but I will keep this beauty handy for holidays, etc. Wonderful product!
