Has anyone used this for baking, if so what were the results and how did it compare to regular sugar?

I've used it to bake some muffins. It works fine but is a bit sweeter than table sugar so you have to adjust the amount you use vis-s-vis sugar. Experimenting is best; everybody's taste differs. I use between 2/3 to 3/4 of the sugar amount called for in a recipe. Hope that helps.

Since one only uses half as much of this, doesnt that change how much of other ingredients are used?

I do not use this in a baking recipe….use to sweeten drinks, on cereal, etc.

Is the five pack the same item as shown in the 1 pack and 3 pack? The packaging is different. I just need to know if it is the exact same product.

Does the product taste the same as Splenda?

I think it taste better. Also, you need 1/2 as much of this as you would sugar. The only negative is that it does not dissolve as easily as Splenda or sugar.
