Sherman Replacement Part Compatible with Ford F-150 Driver Side Taillight Lens-Housing (Partslink Number FO2818143)

We bought this for our 2011 F-150 Platinum with the 3.5L Ecoboost engine, and it fits perfectly.It was very tricky to get the main bulb holder to fit into the hole properly, but that's the fault of Ford's designers, not the product itself. It took two of us, one to hold the light assembly steady while the other wiggled and fiddled around with the holder to get it to fit in. Once it was finally finagled into place the whole assembly then matched up and neatly fit into place on the truck using the two original screws. So far there don't seem to be any issues with water leaks a few other reviewers have mentioned.The only thing I would say is that the two red lenses appear to be a verrrrrry slightly different shade of red, and the chrome finish is a verrrrrrry slightly different color than the other side. However, a normal person looking at the back of the truck without knowing there had been a replacement probably wouldn't notice anything. For the price, I'd definitely say go for it. :)

Perfect match for my 2012 f150 lariat. To replace, put down liftgate and unscrew 2 bolts holding the taillight cover into place. Pull out the old cover, twist and remove the 3 lights, then do all that in reverse to attach new cover.

ordered a new taillight assembly. Worked out fine , thought it was a little pricey, but every thing seems to be.

This after market product looks very close to the OEM lights that came with the truck... Service was a bit slow. Not sure why I had to order one light from one vendor and the other from a different vendor. Would seem them they would attempt to keep these in pairs.
