Great supplement at a great price.

This is effective Ubiquinol ( a form of CoQ-10), which I find works best for me when I take 200 mg softgels (not 100 mg ones). But the capsules can become misshapen and less effective when exposed to heat (for example, if transported for delivery in very hot weather or placed near a hot stove). Still, I give this product five out of five stars.

its a smaller pill for those who have trouble swallowing large ones. it is basically taken because i am on a statin. it helps with muscle issues

I use Ubiquinol as a migraine preventative and also to prevent side effects from my statin medication. I was looking for one without annatto coloring because it is a migraine trigger for me and that proved difficult to find. This product has carob in it, which has not caused me any problems, and gives it a pleasant chocolate smell.
