Beautiful, compact double boiler. Does what it’s made to and feels durable. Highly recommend.

This little guy is great. It’s exactly what I need to melt chocolate and it’s the perfect size.

Looks very cute and small as I wanted, however, was misled by the spec mentioning 1.5 Qt. Turns out the outer pot is 1.5 qt. and the inset pot is 1 qt. I used it to boil the milk for yogurt, making 1 cup (6oz) of yogurt less than usual. Not a biggie for us, just beware if you intend to use it for more than 4 cups.

I never realized it was so easy to make Chocolate. With this tool it takes about 30 -45 minutes to make a few cups of Chocolate. YUM

I like the wait is is built

Noted as 3 liters, but if you add up the maximum total volumes of the lower and top pot it is only 2,5 liters. The top pot takes a maximum of 1 liter. That is dishonest advertising.

I have been loving making ganache and other chocolate goodies for cakes and ice cream with this double boiler. It’s very sturdy and easy to clean.
