The bolt that holds the nylon strap to the handle is an injury waiting to happen. Holding the device naturally drives your hand straight into it. I remediated that problem (mostly) that by cutting off the extra length and sanding it into a dome shape, which theoretically means that it's not returnable, yet they contacted me after posting this review and not only offered a refund but also to change the design to keep others from having that problem. That's awesome customer service!If you are about average height like I am (5' 10"), know that the weight peg is very long. This means it can hold a lot of weight (and is sized for Olympic weights btw), but also that you'll want to stand on a plyo box or something similar to get full range out of using it. You can wrap the strap directly around the weight, of course, but that makes larger ones hang funny. You may also want to add athletic tape or something to the handle to make it a little easier to grip and manipulate with sweaty hands.All in all it's a decent design created by very a responsive and customer-oriented supplier.

I was trying to find a well built roller at a affordable price when I stumbled upon this product. Although it seemed relatively unknown compared to the other, seemingly cheaper rollers on Amazon, i decided to give this one a shot and I was not disappointed! It feels heavy duty & I can say with confidence that this product will last me a long time. it's very simple to assemble & it even comes with the plate pin as well! I've used it for a few days now & it's been giving my forearms a great workout! 5 Star product for its heavy duty quality, especially when compared to the other rollers on here that look like they're attached to a string, & fulfilling its purpose.

I don't like how they attach the webbing to the handle. They use a screw that creates a strange spot of leverage when you are rolling it up. You can definitely feel when you are rolling over that screw. Other than that it works fine and I wouldn't return it for that design abnormality.

The handle bar and weight stacker are made of heavy painted metal and the nylon rope is thick, durable. What I like most is that the nylon rope allows for perfect balancing during all parts of your forearm workout. This product's design is simply superior to the others you'll find on amazon that have thinner nylon ropes. I highly recommend this product.

It gets the job done. It you're looking for wrist and firearm training, look no further. For the price and quality, this is the one.

the wrist roller is well designed to do exactly what its advertised. great forearm workout at a low cost. Also I can use the loading pin for several other things which was a huge plus. company seems to be very supportive of customers feedback.

It's good It's made out of solid medal or steal so far I like but don't know how long the nylon rope will last but it's good.
