This stainless steel dripper is a single server for preparing an historically correct, traditional absinthe. It is yet another way of slowly adding water (or sugar water) to your absinthe. To use, set the brouilleur (mixer in French) on top of an absinthe glass, then place water, ice and sugar inside the dripper. With three small holes in the bottom of the dripper, the sugar water slowly drips into the glass of absinthe and begins to fragrant the air with anise. Add more water/ice or sugar to taste.
