Edited after using it for driving….Sadly this does not work well for driving for me at all which is disappointing as this was the reason I bought it. The back part is too chunky so I couldn’t sit comfortably with it behind me - it meant my shoulders had no support as it pushed me so far out! I drove with it for about 10 minutes and abandoned it!The seat section it comfortable BUT it does not fill the whole of the seat (I drive a standard pickup truck with normal sized seats) so either you have nothing under your knees/front of legs or a gap at the back! As it is so chunky it lifts you a long way up and getting a good driving position was hard to do. It felt wobbly due to not filling the seat up. I have driven a couple of journeys with it, but ultimately today it also ended up in the back seat as it was causing pain in my lower back from feeling unstable.I think it you want this for sitting in a chair it could work, for driving I would not recommend.Just got this, well made and super comfy to sit on! Nice fabric and soft :)I have put it in my car which is where I need it and sat on it! Again, comfy but is pretty big so really raises you up - will take a bit of getting used to in terms of car seat position I think. If you have a car where you can lower and raise the seat this would not be an issue but I don’t and felt very high up sitting there!The back part for the car feels nice to lean against, but now I feel I need something to go behind my upper back & neck as when this is down low for lumbar support (which is where I need it) I feel there is a massive gap at the top of the seat where I am unsupported. However, I have yet to actually drive with it so time will tell!

The media could not be loaded.  I've had pain in my sitbone for over 18 months, started with lower back pain. After regular physio advised exercise, and using a cushion to sit on my office chair, I used to still feel pain and pinch in the sitbone, and had to often keep changing my seating position. The cushion used to get flat leading to wrong posture. I decided to get this seat cushion lumber set based on reviews and in one week I feel a difference. Sitting on my office chair is so much more comfortable, the pinch point on sitbone is so much less, back is supported well by the lumber and my posture is good.Some of the reviews mention the seat cushion is not big enough. I have a large seat, the width of the cushion is big, it's the depth that is less. However I think that is by design so the legs aren't too high when you sit they gradually taper off towards the seat edge. It's a great product, wish I had gotten it earlier.

Quality looks and feels good, nice deep comfortable seat and lumbar support, but this is only day one! Will update if anything changes!

The cushion is comfortable but the size of the U shape is huge and it looks like the u is meant to point towards the back. When i sit on it, my body just slides into the hole and as a result, i neither sit comfortably or with me weight evenly spread across the cushion because half of my butt has fallen into the U part. Seems like an incredibly stupid design and ruins what would have been a perfect cushion

I work as a truck/HGV long haul driver and am sat for long periods of a time and before purchasing this was suffering with low back pain but because of this product I've no longer pain but also I feel like I've my energy back and mobility because I'm no longer having to deal with the aches and pains I had previously.It's a well built product that fits well to chairs and it's appearance , performance, versatility and stability holds up well for it's intended use.I would definitely recommend this product to others and I'm going to add this to my favorites shopping list so I can renew the product in the future and buy this for friends whom might require this.A big massive thank you to the company making this as it's genuinely given a part of my life back.
