Deceitful Labeling, not as advertised or shown - the main, first ingredient is yellow pea flour. The second ingredient is chickpea flour. There are no lentils in the product I received. I orderd based on labeling showing that the item was made from 1. Chickpeas, and 2. Lentins. False advertising. Also, when cooked this item makes a thick yellow scum froth on the top of the water, unlike any pasta I have ever seen before. Also, impossible to cook al dente, it's a mushy product. Going back to Jovial Einkorn. The Jovial Einkorn products cook like you would expect pasta to cook, there is no scum on the top of the water when you are done & you can readily cook them to the consistency you want, including au dente.

It is a good pasta. Taste great, lots of fiber and protein. Has good texture. At the end of the day it’s just organic chickpeas processed into pasta, you can find equivalent organic options at Whole Foods for significantly cheaper.

I’m a vegetarian and was searching for products that offered more options to consume protein. This pasta is perfect. Tastes great.
