I do notice a difference when I take it, but as expected the taste is not great. Mix it with something for sure.

Holy death burn on your tongue but whatever, it does the job and is easier than taking pills, so I’m happy.

Great quality extract. I use it twice a day to relax and it helps me feel good and sleep better. Schizandra berry has so many applications, for example you can use it as a digestive bitter if you consume a dropper 10-15 minutes before a meal. I personally like taking a dropper after my workout and another dropper a couple hours before bed. Please note that this product is not less effective due to the 1:3 menstruum ratio. I've taken all of the various powders and whole berry products on the market and find the Herb Pharm liquid alcohol drops to be the most potent and cost effective "gold standard". This may be due to the fact the berries used to make Herb Pharm's extract are sorted and graded "1st quality" and the competitors are most likely made from lower grade or unsorted bulk material.

Add to juice or water and shoot. Easy to use and felt it was worthwhile product.

So I'm giving 3 stars because I haven't taken long enough to judge the effects. However, I could literally pass out from how disgusting it tastes. I would guess being poisoned would be similar. I'm just hoping it's supposed to tasted like this and I'm not slowly offing myself 😳🥺

I have used many different products / herbs from this brand and all have been extremely high quality, taste appropriate (how it’s suppose to taste) and easy to read and understand instructions. This brand uses high potent ingredients to the highest standards like Dr Schultze. I trust this brand for myself and family. I will continue to buy!
