Good for price. Terrible handles and instructions.
I paid the $30 price and the deal was decent. I have been working out since high school and wanted to try resistance bands after a physical therapist recommendation. For the price you get it’s a decent set up. If you’re a beginner this isn’t a bad place to start. These do not snap if you know how to use them properly (several YouTube tutorials online). The amount of resistance is fine, but the quality should be better. The handles are TERRIBLE and can be irritating and uncomfortable during a workout. The main benefit is that these are easy to use and don’t require having to carry around large weights. The instruction manual was bare bones. If you’re looking for a good workout guide or list using bands you’re better off checking Google. If you want a deal that’s affordable this can be pretty easy, but you sacrifice quality. You can pay a bit more and find a good set at Dick’s that might be more versatile and comfortable

Works well for stretching excersises
This set has everything you need to do at home workouts and also very good to use when you are stretching. I like to take this set of bag whenever I am traveling as well.

Actual review... Meh... Bands need more work, handles are absolute garbage
This is a legit review, I have been working out for the past 20 years so in comparison to the people saying the bands break because they are doing over head work don't pay attention to that because that is someone not knowing what they are doing trying to stretch these things from the floor to overhead which is NOT what you do with resistance bands. Do stupid things like that, yeah they will break, other wise I stacked on all the bands and did a serious session multiple times the past 3 weeks and nothing has made me think they would snap and break in my face... use common sense people...However... The bands need more work, something is just "off" with them compared to the 40lb and 50lb ones I bought from Dick's Sporting Goods. It feels like the resistance just disappears after a certain point and that the stretch might not shrink back... its really weird... does it get the job done, yes... but it could be better, much better...This set is a cheap Chinese set being sold all over the place as is with no labels or under different names and some people are price gouging and others aren't. Worth $70 price gouge I paid, NOPE. Worth the $30ish or so I have seen them for, yeah for sure. The handles are absolute trash, there is no protection for the sides of your hands from the rubbing on the rough fabric that goes through the handle and connects to the ring you connect the bands to. With frequent enough workouts you will rub your skin raw, I could probably do it in one session so I had to hold them awkwardly to prevent this from happening and ordered legit good grips from once again Dick's Sporting Goods which is where I would have preferred to buy each individual band and grips if I had to do it all over again.Again... does it get the job done... sure... you looking for something comfortable, feels sturdy and has some longevity this is not the right one to buy.

no instructions
I'm sure I'll like these once I figure out how to connect them. The only "instructions" were odd drawing of exercises. How to connect to a door - nope. Identification and connection of all the parts and pieces - nope. So if you have used this type of equipment before, you will no doubt be a fan.

Good bands, small package
These resistance bands were a good price and they are packaged in a small carry bag. The excercise pamphlet that comes with it is helpful for us noobs. I am not sure if the resistance labels are correct or not. I have not checked them on a meter. The bag does have a drawback because it is small, this makes it harder to put the equipment back in the bag when you are done. Overall a good value.

Good variety
The bands are fine and a nice variety. I don't really care for the metal clips b/c if you want to shorten up the tube to increase the tension, you end up wrapping your hand around the metal clips. If you're content with holding the handles, they are totally fine.

Perfect set of resistance bands
I recently fractured my shoulder. Part of my physical therapy for my recovery involved using resistance bands at the physical rehab center. As I needed to continue my therapy at home, my PT helped me to choose this set. When I received it, I brought it in to her for a review. All the exercises I needed were in the included User Manual and she tailored my home exercise program from it with the various weights of the bands. It makes it so easy to keep up with my therapy. I am having my knee replaced in July and I am sure I will put this set into great use after surgery. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase because of the quality and price.

From chair, ground or standing, these are excellent! You won't be disappointed!
I have had eight surgeries in the past two years to repair my feet. Obviously I am limited at this point in time to move properly. With this set, I can use without harming my feet because of the ankle straps. And I am finally losing the weight I have gained in the two years recovery. The set is excellent quality, works well on top of door or side. The resistance increments are perfect and they do work well if you want to use two or three resistance bands at a time. If you follow some YouTube videos for further routines, these can give anyone a full workout even from a wheel chair. Thank you so much!

Listing incorrect
No KG conversion on labels as per listing pictures. I also received 10lb, 20lb, 30lb, 40lb, 50lb bands instead of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 as per listing. Returned.

Too long for my preference
I am 5’4 and I found the bands to be too long for most of the workouts I had planned to use them for. (Standing on the bottom and doing bicep curls or lateral/front raises)
