Q: Will this fit a S & W model 637-2?

Theoretically, yes. The 637-2 and the 642-2 share the same grip frame, however, these grips had various gaps and other fitment issues on my 642-2 that rendered them wholly unusable long-term.

Q: Is there supposed to be a decorative cap to cover the hole on the right grip? It looks unfinished. Other than that, the fit and finnish are great.

There is no cap. Altamont provides three different length screws; use the one that ends up just below the surface of the right hand grip and it will give you a more finished look.

Q: Do the grips come with screws?

Yes, the grips come with the necessary screw.
