More than covers my 2021 Goldwing Tour
I carry this cover in a side bag with other stuff because it folds down small enough to only take up approx. 2/3 of the space. It's so large that it completely covers my front tire. It appears to be water proof, but may breach during an extreme downpour. It held during a hard passing rain.

Perfect cover!
The cover fits perfect on my 06 Goldwing. It has a velcro antenna hole. Even though the antenna folds down. It’s a perfect cover but you will need to 3M it because it fades quickly
